THE ULTIMATE WEDDING CEREMONY
This style is for couples enjoying a full wedding ceremony at a beautiful venue, surrounded by your closest guests. Lasting around 30 minutes, the ceremony is thoughtfully crafted with music and décor to create an elegant, memorable atmosphere. A civil celebrant will solemnise your marriage, with you in full wedding attire, often accompanied by a photographer or planner to ensure every detail is seamless.
It is a refined, meaningful experience designed to be remembered for a lifetime.
What's included:
• Initial obligation-free virtual consultation
An introductory meeting to get to know each other and discuss your wedding details.
• NOIM signing meeting
A dedicated virtual meeting to complete and sign the Notice of Intended Marriage once services are confirmed. In-person signing can be arranged if required.
• Final pre-wedding meeting
A meeting held prior to the wedding to walk through ceremony flow, timing, and on-the-day logistics. This meeting may be conducted virtually or in person, depending on your needs.
• Unlimited contact via phone, email, or message during business hours.
• Ceremony script review prior to the wedding.
• Arrival at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony for setup and preparation.
• Portable PA system provided for use during the ceremony (music to be managed by a nominated person).
• Completion and lodgement of all legal paperwork with the relevant government authorities.
• Official commemorative marriage certificate, issued by the Australian Government.
THE MINIMALIST (LEGAL SIGNING)
This option is ideal for couples who prefer a short, simple wedding, requiring only the two legal witnesses and my presence. The ceremony lasts approximately 15 minutes on your wedding day.
What's included:
• Initial obligation-free virtual consultation
An introductory meeting to get to know each other and discuss the proceedings of the legal signing ceremony.
• Virtual NOIM signing meeting
A dedicated virtual meeting to complete and sign the Notice of Intended Marriage once services are confirmed. In-person signing can be arranged if required. These two meetings can be done in one, and it requires to be done at least one month before the legal signing day.
• Unlimited phone, email, and message contact during business hours.
• Legal ceremony only, with no personalised script. Attendance required by the couple and two witnesses.
• Ceremony held at a mutually agreed location between the couple and the celebrant. Travel fees may apply.
• Completion and lodgement of all legal paperwork with the relevant government authorities.
• Official commemorative marriage certificate, issued by the Australian Government.
RENEWAL OF VOWS CEREMONIES
This option is for couples who have already legally married but wish to celebrate and renew their vows in front of family and friends. The ceremony lasts approximately 20–30 minutes on your chosen day.
Please note, this is a non-legal ceremony and does not confer legal marriage. It is perfect for couples recently married overseas who wish to hold a celebration in Australia, or for those who have been together for years and want to reaffirm their commitment in a meaningful, heartfelt ceremony.
